Properties and benefits of strong urine

Thanks to the help of the American cranberry, it helps improve the health of the urinary tract. Type A proanthocyanidins (PAC), present in its fruits, are polyphenolic compounds that prevent E.coli from adhering to the surface of the epithelial cells of the urinary ducts, which facilitates its elimination in the urine and prevents bacterial colonization. In addition, the intake of ascorbic acid or vitamin C helps to acidify the medium.

How to take strong urine?

It is recommended to take 1 vial a day, preferably before bedtime, directly or diluted in a glass of water. It is recommended to drink plenty of water throughout the day.
