How to take Cystiplus cystitis?

Composition of Cystiplus cystitis

D-mannose, dry extract of American cranberry (Vaccinum macrocarpon) titrated to 80% proanthocyanidins, Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, dry extract of juniper (Juniperus communis), Bulking agent: dibasic calcium phosphate, Disintegrant: sodium glycolate of starch, Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate.
