How to take Cysticlean forte PAC + vitamin C?

Concentrated dry extract of American Blueberry fruit (Vaccinium macrocarpon) with 48% Proanthocyanidins (PAC), L-ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) (4%), Corn powder, Acidulant: citric acid, Strawberry aroma, Sweeteners: aspartame and neotame.

American cranberry dry extract (500 mg) of which PAC (240 mg), Vitamin C (80 mg).
