Blueberries Raw blueberries from Biotona are organic dried berries of European origin, which have been dipped in an apple juice concentrate. They make a delicious snack or healthy breakfast supplement for all ages, packed with (phyto)nutrients.
Properties and benefits of Blueberries Raw bilberries
Its dark violet color is due to the presence of anthocyanins, pigments that the plant produces to protect itself from harmful external factors. Biotona bilberries were collected from the wild at an altitude of 1500 meters and dried immediately after harvesting and sorting.
How to take Blueberries Raw bilberries?
It is recommended to taste at breakfast, alone or combined with other superfoods, mixed in a muesli, to sprinkle on your pastries, fruit salads and puddings or as is, with a powerful and invigorating flavor. Add the Blueberries to your smoothies and shakes in combination with (juice of) fruit, other superfoods or simply in (vegetable) milk or yoghurts. Add a touch of health to your dishes.
