How to take rosemary camphor essential oil?
It is recommended to dilute 1 drop of essential oil for every 2 ml of carrier vegetable oil or similar (e.g.: in 30 ml of carrier add 15 drops of EO). Shake the bottle before use and apply the mixture to the skin.
Precautions
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Unless prescribed by a doctor, it is not recommended to use the product directly on the skin.
