Gaba complex from Be-Life is a food supplement based on GABA, theanine (green tea extract) and vitamin B6. This synergy of specific nutrients rebalances the levels of key neurotransmitters (dopamine, serotonin, GABA) and reduces physical and intellectual stress.

Active ingredients of the formula:

• GABA (gamma aminobutyric acid) is the main inhibitory neurotransmitter of the central nervous system, allowing us to better manage stressful events. Gamma aminobutyric acid is an amino acid derivative synthesized through an enzymatic process in the body from glutamate.
• L-theanine is an amino acid found naturally in tea.
• Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) is an essential cofactor in GABA synthesis. It contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system and good psychological functioning.

How to take Gaba complex?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day at night with food or before bed.

Precautions

Consume less than 800 mg of epigallocatechin (-)-3-gallate (EGCG) per day. Do not consume if you take other products containing green tea on the same day. Prohibited for children under 18 years of age. Do not consume the product on an empty stomach. Epigallocatecin gallate (EGCG): 5 mg/gel. Follow medical advice when taking benzodiazepines and barbiturates. People with bipolar or unipolar depressive disorders should not take GABA.

Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) (500 mg), Green tea extract 25:1 (Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze) (250 mg), Pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (vitamin B6) (3 mg), Anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.
