PegaD3 contains Vitashine D3TM an exclusive and patented lichen extract that provides pure and highly concentrated Vitamin D3 per dose, carried in corn oil.

How to take Paste D3 Vitamin D3?
Take 5-10 drops, once a day.
The drops can be taken directly (for example on bread) or diluted in water or any other liquid.
1 drop = 5 mcg = 200 IU (corresponds to 0.03 ml) of Vitamin D3.
You take day by day
• 400 IU from birth (2 drops) to the end of the first year of age.
• 600IU from the first year of life (4 drops) onwards.
*This contribution can increase if the child is not exposed to the sun.
• 1000-2000 IU for healthy adults (5-10 drops).
• 2000 IU for the elderly (10 drops).
Precautions
Note: A low-fat diet reduces the absorption of Vitamin D, as well as the other fat-soluble vitamins.
