How to take Vitamin C?

Composition of Vitamin C

Ascorbic acid delayed release granules (vitamin C), Calcium L-ascorbate (vitamin C), Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, Capsule [coating agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose)], DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), Bisglycinate zinc, Selenomethionine, Anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
