How to take Myo-inositol?
Take one (1) scoop a day or as recommended by a professional. Fill the level scoop up to the 10 mL reference line and dilute in a glass of water, juice or vegetable drink (250 mL). Stir until dissolved and ingest.
Precautions
Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Keep out of the reach of little kids.

Myo-inositol (Inositol), Blood orange flavor, Acidulant (Citric acid), Anti-caking agent (Aerosil 200 F (Silicon dioxide)) and Sweetener (Sucralose).
