Properties and benefits of Vitamin B complex

Properties:

• Vitamins B1, B2, niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), B6, biotin (B7) and B12: contribute to normal energy metabolism. With the exception of pantothenic acid (B5) these help the normal function of the nervous system.
• Folic acid (B9) also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

How to take Vitamin B complex?

It is recommended for adults and children over 12 years of age: Take 1 capsule a day with some liquid. Adults: In case of greater need, take two capsules daily.

Composition of Vitamin B complex

Rice starch, Inactivated brewer's yeast enriched with B vitamins (21%), Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (outer capsule), Niacin (nicotinamide), Calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), Silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), Sorbitol (humectant), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), Riboflavin (vitamin B2), Vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), Folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), D-biotin, Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

For 1 capsule:
Thiamin (vitamin B1)(1.1 mg), Riboflavin (vitamin B2)(1.4 mg), Niacin (vitamin B3)(16 mg), Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5)(6 mg), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) (1.4 mg), Biotin (vitamin B7) (50 µg), Folic acid (vitamin B9) (200 µg), Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) (2.5 µg).
