How to take multivit liposomal?

It is recommended to take one teaspoon (5 ml) a day, with or without food. Shake before taking. It can be taken directly or mixed with water or juice.

Precautions

Food supplement based on vitamins with sweetener. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of little kids. Excessive consumption can produce laxative effects.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened store in the refrigerator.

Water, sweetener (xylitol), emulsifier (organic sunflower lecithin), humectant (glycerol), sodium ascorbate, ethanol, potassium ascorbate, preservative (potassium sorbate), niacin, choline birtrate, pineapple flavoring, calcium pantothenate, inositol, para-aminobenzoic acid, riboflavin 5-phosphate, pyridoxal-5´-phosphate, thiazine HCl, vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol), biotin, methylfolate (5-MTHF), vitamin A, vitamin K2 (MK-7), hydroxycobalamin, vitamin D (cholecalciferol), antioxidant (vitamin E as D-alpha-tocopherol).

Per daily dose (5 ml): Quali ^® -C (ascorbic acid), 250 mg (312.5% NRV*); sodium ascorbate, 19 mg**; Potassium Ascorbate 13.6mg (0.8% NRV*); niacin, 8.5 mg (53.12% NRV*); choline bitartrate 6 mg**; vitamin B5 (D-calcium pantothenate), 3 mg; inositol, 2.5mg**; PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid), 1.25 mg**; vitamin B2 (riboflavin 5-phosphate), 0.75 mg (53.6% NRV*); vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5´-phosphate), 0.75 mg (50% NRV*); vitamin B1 (thiazine HCI), 0.7 mg (63.8% NRV*); biotin, 250 mcg (500% NRV*); methylfolate (5-MTHF), 200 mcg (50% NRV*); vitamin A, 200 mcg (25% NRV*); vitamin K2 (MK-7), 7.5 mcg (10% NRV*); vitamin B12 (hydroxycobalamin), 7.5 mcg (100% NRV*); vitamin D (cholecalciferol), 5 mcg (100% NRV*); vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol).
