Description
Star anise from Naturcid is a preparation for infusion based on the fruits of the plant, which thanks to its active ingredients helps to improve digestion, and has a carminative effect.
How to take Star anise?
It is recommended to add an anise star (approx. 1 g) to a cup of boiling water (200 ml). Remove from heat, cover, let sit for 5 minutes and filter. Take the following amounts of this infusion after the main meals:
- Adults: 1 cup of infusion. Children from 6 to 12 years: ½ cup of infusion.
- Children from 2 to 6 years: 4 tablespoons* of the infusion, either directly or loosened in a little water.
- Infants and children under 2 years of age: 1 tablespoon* of the infusion, either directly or dissolved in water in a glass or bottle.
Important: In babies and children under 2 years old, never exceed the recommended quantities. One tablespoon is approximately equivalent to 10ml. The infusion should be consumed immediately, and it is not advisable to save the excess amount for later as it loses its properties and can spoil.
