How to take milk thistle?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day with the help of water, preferably with meals.

Precautions

Its use is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation. Do not take this food supplement if you are allergic or intolerant to any of its ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of little kids.

Composition of milk thistle

Milk thistle (Silybum marianum L., seed, ES, 40:1 ratio, titrated to 80% silymarin and 20% silybin), Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), Anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide). Cover: Water, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
