Properties and benefits of Roman Sage

Originating in Western Asia and Central and Southern Europe, this biennial herbaceous plant from the Lamiaceae family is widely cultivated in temperate countries as an ornamental plant, but also to produce an essential oil used in the manufacture of liquors or perfumes. It was one of the saving plants of the Middle Ages. The Greeks, Romans and Arabs used it commonly as a tonic and in compresses against snake bites. Egyptian women used to drink their juice to increase their fertility. "He who has sage in his garden will not need a doctor" (says the Provençal).

How to take Roman Sage?

It is recommended in the massage, a few drops diluted in vegetable oil in local application.
For menopause: 1 drop of Roman Sage Essential Oil + 1 drop of Roman Sage Essential Oil + 1 drop of Fennel Essential Oil with a little cane sugar or Vegetable Oil 2 times a day, 5 days a week, as long as necessary.

Precautions

Not recommended in case of mastosis and hormonal cancer. Keep out of reach of small children. Except for the opinion of experts, do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding or in children under 3 years.

Storage conditions

Keep away from all sources of heat and light.
