• For oily skin and acne, mix 5 drops of essential oil with your usual cleansing milk, or 100 ml of sweet almond oil.
• Mix 5 drops of essential oil in 100 ml of coconut oil to prepare a nourishing hair pack, to be used at the beach or before shampooing.
• 10 drops in the bath water for a relaxing bath.
• Pour 5 drops into the water of humidifiers, or into room diffusers.

Precautions

Essential oils are concentrated substances and must not be used pure, but diluted; do not apply pure directly to skin or mucous membranes. Do not exceed the recommended doses: excessive doses may cause nausea or headaches. Contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding and in childhood.
