Native to India and cultivated in southern Europe and California, the lemon is one of the most useful fruits in herbal medicine. The properties of this oil are numerous and its uses are multiple.

A shrub with dark green leaves, the lemon tree belongs to the Rutaceae or citrus family and includes about one hundred and sixty species. Its fruits are present throughout the year with two peaks in March-April and October-December. Citrus Limón is the result of a natural hybridization between Lima, Lemon and Grapefruit.
How to take Organic lemon essential oil?
It is recommended to use 2 drops per dose within the limit of 8 drops per day to be taken on a neutral support (honey, bread...). Do not use neat. It can be used topically in vegetable oil and diffused into the atmosphere. From 6 years.
