How to take Manuka Essential Oil?

EXTERNAL USE. Tips for use: Never apply directly to the skin.

Facial use: mix 3 drops in 10 ml of vegetable oil (1 tablespoon).

Body use: mix 12 drops in 20 ml of vegetable oil (2 tablespoons).

Precautions

IF SWALLOWED: Immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor. SKIN IRRITATION: consult a doctor.
