How to take Relax Zentrum Cannabis?

It is recommended to take 1 or 2 capsules a day. 1 capsule at breakfast and/or at lunch.

Precautions

Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation period. In the case of people being treated with antidepressants, consult your doctor before consuming the product. May contain traces of soy, mustard and lupins.

California poppy dry extract (Eschscholzia californica Cham., herb), Corn starch, Ashwagandha dry extract (Withania somnifera, root), Capsule shell components (Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Anti-caking agents (Cellulose, Magnesium silicate, Magnesium salts of silicon dioxide), Hemp Seed powder (32% protein) (Cannabis sativa, seed), Saffron dry extract (Crocus sativus L., stigmas).

For 1 capsule:
Californian poppy dry extract (200 mg), Ashwagandha dry extract (120 mg), Hemp Seeds (50 mg), Saffron dry extract (30 mg)
