It is a product resulting from the fermentation of beer by the Saccharomyces cerevisae bacteria. Among its beneficial properties is its high nutritional and biological value, since it provides essential vitamins, minerals and amino acids for the human body.

Wheat germ is rich in protein, fat, amino acids, minerals (sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, and fluorine) and vitamins (A, E, B1, B2, B3, B6).

Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that protects our body from cellular oxidation and premature aging.

How to take Brewer's Yeast and Wheat Germ?

It is recommended to take 4-5 tablets a day, preferably on an empty stomach.

For 1 tablet:
