Multi-guard® methyl

Description

Multi-Guard® Methyl from Lamberts is a food supplement based on 24 vitamins and minerals, ideal for those over 40 years of age and also for vegetarians. Contains, among others:

• Folic acid, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 in their bioactive forms such as Quatrefolic® (6S) -5-Methyltetrahydrofolate, Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate and Methylcobalamin.
• Vitamin B3 in the form of Nicotinamide.
• Magnesium, Iron, Zinc, Selenium and Chromium.
• Vitamin D3, more bioavailable than the vitamin D2 used by the competition.
• Vitamin K2 (75µg) in the form of Menaquinone-7 and contains higher concentrations of Vitamin A than most competitive formulas.

How to take Multi-guard® methyl?

It is advisable to take 1 tablet a day.

Precautions

Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Not suitable for pregnant or lactating women.

It does not contain calcium.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and out of the reach of young children.

Vitamin A 800 μg, Pantothenic Acid (B5) 30 mg, Vitamin D (D3) 15 μg, Magnesium 120 mg, Vitamin E 24 mg, Iron 14 mg, Vitamin K (K2) 75 μg, Zinc 10 mg, Vitamin C 80 mg , Copper 1 mg, Thiamine (B1) 3.3 mg, Manganese 0.5 mg, Riboflavin (B2) 4.2 mg, Selenium 110 µg, Niacin (B3) 48 mg, Chromium 120 µg, Vitamin B6 4.2 mg, Molybdenum 50 µg , Folic Acid (as Folate) 200 µg, Iodine 150 µg, Vitamin B12 30 µg, Choline 10 mg, Biotin 50 µg, Inositol 10 mg.
