How to take Holomega immuno beta-glucans 1,3 fermented?
- Adults: take 2 capsules daily, with or without food.
- Adolescents and children over 10 years: take 1 capsule a day.
Precautions
Food supplement based on beta-glucans, zinc and vitamin D3. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of little kids. It should not be consumed by children under 10 years of age. Avoid consumption together with medications and other fiber-based food supplements.
Storage conditions

Wrapping: polysaccharide of plant origin (pullulan).
Per 1 capsule: M-Gard ® (beta-glucans (β-1,3/1,6-glucans) from Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast), 250 mg; BetaVia ™ Complete ( Euglena gracilis dried biomass, >50% beta-glucans (as β-1,3-glucans), >15% protein), 187.5 mg; zinc bisglycinate (10% zinc), 50 mg; vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol, 100,000 IU/g), 20 mg.
