It is recommended to take 3 tablets a day, preferably between meals.

Composition of Forte D beta-glucans + vitamins C and D + zinc
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, Yestimun beta-glucans from saccharomyces cerevisiae (Brewer's Yeast) with 80-90% polysaccharides fractions 1.3/1.6, l-ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), Zinc sulfate, Sodium starch glycolate, Anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D).
For 3 tablets:
Betaglucan (600 mg), Vitamin C (200 mg), Vitamin D (5 µg), Zinc (10 mg).
