    I use it because I need both magnesium and calcium. In fact, I have needed magnesium since my adolescence. At menopause, I also needed calcium. I tried separate products but not at all convincing. Solgar offers a product with both and it has worked for me for 15 years now.

    je l'utilise car j'ai besoin à la fois de magnésium et de calcium. En effet, j'ai besoin de magnésium de puis mon adolescence . A la ménopause, j'ai eu en plus besoin de calcium. J'ai essayé des produits séparés mais pas probants du tout. Solgar propose un produit avec les deux et ça me va depuis 15 ans maintenant.
