How to take Magnesium chelate?

It is recommended to take 4 tablets a day.

Composition of Magnesium chelate

Magnesium chelate (magnesium citrate), Bamboo fiber (bambusa bambos L., stem), Bulking agent: calcium phosphate (E 341) and anti-caking agents: silica (E 551) and magnesium stearate (E 470b).

Magnesium chelate (citrate) (2588 mg), Magnesium (375 mg).
