Composition of Iron 30mg

Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), vegetable capsule [hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC)], anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate).

Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid): 80 mg

Iron (ferrous bisglycinate chelate): 30 mg

Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone): 30 mg

Folic acid (calcium L-methylfolate): 200 μg

Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin): 2.5 μg
