Description
Granulated soy lecithin IP (Identity Preserved). Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet helps maintain normal levels of fat in the blood. Monounsaturated or Polyunsaturated fatty acids and oleic acid are unsaturated fats.
How to take IP Granulated Soy Lecithin?
It is recommended to take 2 tablespoons a day (approximately 15 g), preferably before meals.
