How to take Omega 3 DHA 1000?

It is recommended to consume 1 capsule with food. Take 1 Capsule a day for adults.

Precautions

It should not be consumed by babies or children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Do not exceed a daily supplemental intake of 5 g of EPA and DHA combined.
