Jamieson Omega 3-6-9 is a food supplement of unsaturated fatty acids, obtained from fresh, pure and cold-pressed oils of flax, borage and fish. Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and linoleic acid (LA) help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. DHA contributes to proper brain function and good vision maintenance. EPA and DHA support optimal heart function. (A beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA, 10 g LA, 2 g ALA.)
