How to take Macula Z view?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day to swallow with water during the main meal.

Composition of Macula Z view

Fish oil rich in Omega 3 fatty acids (50% ADH, 10% EPA) (Traces of tocopherol), Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Glycerin (Plasticizer), Partially hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Natural Lutein (20%) and Zeaxanthin (0.8%). Calendula extract (Tagetes Erecta) and suspended in safflower oil, Soy lecithin (Emulsifier), Zeaxanthin, Zinc oxide, Silicon dioxide (Anticaking agent), DL-tocopheryl acetate (Vitamin E), Copper sulfate, Colorant: Oxide iron E172.

Lutein (10 mg), Zeaxanthin (2 mg), Vitamin C (80 mg), Vitamin E (12 mg), Zinc (10 mg), Copper (1 mg), Fish oil (440 mg), DHA (176 mg ), EPA (26.4 mg), Phospholipids (6 mg).
