Dha omega 3 is a food supplement based on Schyzochitrium sp microalgae oil, contained in softgel capsules (pearls) of vegetable origin.

Properties and benefits of dha omega 3

This product reaches 99% DHA content, barely reaching 1% EPA and other medium and long chains of omega 3. This high yield is achieved thanks to the purity of the original source of 50% of the microalgae, fermented in Europe.

DHA is a polyunsaturated essential fatty acid derived from long omega-3 chains. They are part of the membranes of our cells.
In addition, they exert an anti-inflammatory effect and participate in the neurodevelopment of the cognitive system. These functions that make them especially interesting in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases and the development and maturation of the nervous system.

How to take dha omega 3?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day orally containing the recommended dose.
