Probiotic Femme Neo contains Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Lactobacillus acidophilus that help regulate the vaginal flora. The VGA 1 compound allows maintaining the vaginal PH, avoiding the adhesion and proliferation of microorganisms.

Properties and benefits of Probiotic Femme Neo

The healthy vaginal mucosa has a feedback mechanism that maintains its normal ecology. The most common vaginal flora is formed by Lactobacillus and generates an anaerobic environment with a pH between 3.5 and 4.5. The nutritional function of this flora is based on the breakdown of glycogen that is part of the vaginal mucus, generating in turn lactic acid, which allows the environment to continue to be acidic. At this pH, the colonization and growth of pathogens is inhibited.

The VGA1 compound allows the vaginal pH to be maintained between 3.8 and 4.2, generating lactic acid; generates antagonistic substances, such as H2 O2 and antibacterial proteins, which inhibit the growth of pathogens and adhere to the vaginal mucosa, competing for nutrients and preventing the adhesion and proliferation of other microorganisms.

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day, with a glass of water.
