How to take mycobiotic probiotics?
It is recommended to take:
- Adults:
Maintenance dose: 1 g per day (equivalent to 2 billion
bacteria).
Treatment dose: 2 g (1 g in the morning before food, 1 g per
the night before dinner). - Children from 1 year: half the adult dose is recommended.
Dissolve the mixture in water, milk or yogurt before ingesting it and wait 1 minute
before taking it to activate the probiotics.
