How to take Derbointim probiotics?

Composition of Derbointim probiotics
Maltodextrin, Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus IMC 501 DSMZ 16104, Lacticaseibacillus paracasei IMC 502 DSMZ 16105, Anti-caking agents (Magnesium salts of fatty acids and Silicon dioxide), Niacin (Nicotinamide), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Biotin (D-biotin).
For 1 capsule:
Niacin (16 mg), Vitamin B2 (1.23 mg), Biotin (50 µg), Probiotic: Lactecaseibacillus rhamnosus IMC 501 DSMZ 16104 (2.5 x10 9 CFU), Lactecaseibacillus paracasei IMC 502 DSMZ 16105 (2.5 x10 9 UFC).
