How to take Derboflora probiotics?

For 1 capsule:
Biotin (50 µg), Probiotics: Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus CECT 30579 (1.5 x10 9 CFU), Kluyveromyces marxianus CECT 13203 (1.5 x10 7 CFU).
