It contains 7 species of lactobacilli (lactic acid bacteria) and 5 species of bifidobacteria, as well as lactococci, pediococcus, streptococci and enterococci. All strains have been scientifically researched in depth. In addition, Bacteri 17 Expert Resilience contains 8 billion bacteria guaranteed until the expiration date.

The bacteria are produced and dried under controlled circumstances. Drying ensures that the bacteria are preserved for longer, as long as they are stored at room temperature, in a dry and protected environment (capsules or sachets). Bacterial products need an excipient to be preserved. In the case of Bacteri 17 Expert Resilience, we use maltodextrin, fructooligosaccharides (FOS) and inulin as excipients. FOS and inulin are fermentable dietary fibers.

How to take Bacteri 17 Expert Resilience Pack?

Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of warm water at a maximum of 37°C. Higher temperatures negatively influence the viability of bacteria. By dissolving the powder in water, the bacteria have the opportunity to come out of the dormant phase and become active. This makes them more resistant to stomach acid and bile, and more bacteria survive this difficult passage. The supplement can be drunk directly.

It is recommended to drink the content standing up. When we are standing up, the stomach muscles are in a position that speeds up the passage through the stomach. Also, to get the best possible effect, it is recommended to take the Bacteri supplement on an empty stomach before going to sleep. Another good time to take it is half an hour before breakfast or in combination with a meal rich in carbohydrates and low in fat.

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. At the beginning of treatment with a prebiotic or with some compound of bacterial strains, gas formation and/or colic may occur. After some time (usually a week) the body adapts and these effects lessen or disappear. In case of discomfort it may be sensible to reduce the starting dose for the first two weeks to half the recommended dosage. There may be incompatibilities with medications and health products.
