How to take Wobenzym classic 2.0?

Easy to take - just 3 capsules a day. Take 3 capsules a day with at least 200 ml of water. To preserve enzyme activity, it is recommended to take Wobenzym® at least 45 minutes before a meal. It is advisable to take the product for at least 15 days.

Rutin trihydrate, Bromelain, Bulking agents: cellulose and hydroxypropylcellulose, Coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, pectin and glycerin, Trypsin, Antioxidant: ascorbyl palmitate, Medium chain triglycerides.

Bromelain (450 mg), Trypsin (216 mg), Rutin trihydrate (600 mg).
