Description
This lactase drops contain the liquid lactase enzyme, which helps break down lactose. Ideal for lactose-free cooking and baking in cases of lactose intolerance
Properties and benefits of lactase
With these lactase drops you can make your own liquid milk products (sweets) without lactose. Think milk, chocolate milk, whipped cream, cooking cream, and mascarpone. By adding the drops to these dairy products, you can, for example, cook and bake without lactose.
How to take lactase?
It is recommended to add 5 drops to 1 liter of milk or other liquid non-acid (sour) dairy product. Stir well and leave in the fridge for 24 hours. At least 80% of the lactose will have been broken down by now. Add more drops to get a higher conversion rate.
Do you want to use the product immediately without waiting? So, add 5 to 10 drops per 120 ml of dairy product. Do not use in acidic/sour dairy products such as yogurt and buttermilk.

Lactase (1500 NLU/ 0.25 mg), Preservative (glycerin), Water.
