These 10,000 lactase capsules contain 10,000 FCC of lactase, to be used in cases of lactose intolerance. Ideal for large amounts of lactose or if you react relatively severely to lactose in food.
How to take Lactase 10,000?
It is recommended to take 1 to 3 capsules at a time just before each meal that contains lactose. Maximum 15 capsules per day.
You can take lactase 10,000 capsules before any meal that contains lactose. You can take the capsules, for example, with water. If you have difficulty swallowing, you can also take the content separately or dissolve it in a glass of water. The capsules are suitable for children (from 2 years). After ingestion, the lactase enzyme is active for approximately 30-45 minutes.
