How to take cooked?
It is recommended in the case of children from 4 to 6 years: take 1 capsule a day, preferably with meals. And for people over 7 years of age: take 1 capsule twice a day, preferably with meals.
Precautions
Be careful when combining this supplement with others. Avoid excessive consumption of copper, zinc and vitamin B6. In case of nausea, reduce the dose to 1 capsule per day.
Composition of cooked
Bulking agent (calcium carbonate), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), Capsule: glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Zinc citrate, Cupric gluconate, Pyridoxine-5'-phosphate (vitamin B6).
