How to take Vit. C+Rose Hips+Turmeric?

It is recommended to take one (1) tablet a day.

Composition of Vit. C+Rose Hips+Turmeric

CapsuDar C85 (titrated at 83% in Microencapsulated Vitamin C) (1084 mg), Dry extract of rose hips (Rosa canina L.) titrated at 70% in Vitamin C (143 mg), Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose and hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, Cursol TM (Turmeric dry extract), Anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

For 1 tablet:
Microencapsulated Vitamin C (CapsuDar C85 from lycored) (900 mg) Vitamin C from rose hips (100 mg), Turmeric (Cursol) (30 mg).
