Properties and benefits of vegetarian collagen

The inner membrane of the eggshell is the very thin fabric that separates the white from the shell. It is obtained by mechanical action (washing and crushing the eggs). This process is physical, which means that our egg membrane is a 100% natural ingredient and free of chemicals. The eggs used are organic and of Spanish origin.

The egg membrane contains approximately 35% non-hydrolyzed collagen and about 7% glycosaminoglycans, among which chondroitin sulfate, hyaluronic acid, and keratan and dermatan sulfates stand out. It also contains 3.5% lysozyme.

The egg membrane is characterized by its high content of Type I, Type V and Type X collagen.
