Pearl millet extract (39%), filler: microcrystalline cellulose; hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule), bamboo extract (13%), zinc oxide, anti-caking agent: silicon oxide and magnesium stearate; copper (II) sulfate, D-biotin, L-selenomethionine.

Per daily dose (1 capsule): Biotin 1000 µg, Selenium 45 µg, Copper 0.5 mg, Zinc 4 mg, Millet extract 150 mg, Bamboo extract 50 mg.
