How to take Stromineral serena plus menopause?

It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day, away from meals.

Composition of Stromineral serena plus menopause

Calcium carbonate, Soybean dry extract valued at 40% as Isoflavones, Stabilizer: microcrystalline cellulose: magnesium oxide, Magnolia dry extract valued at 1.5% as Honokiol, Anti-caking agents: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, magnesium stearate and dioxide silicon, dry extract of agnocasto valued at 0.5% as Agnúsides, lactobacillus sporogenes, Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3).

For 1 tablet:
Soy dry extract (150 mg) equivalent to Soy isoflavones (60.0 mg), Lactobaclllus sporogenes (Bacillus coagulans)(1000000000 cfu), Magnolia dry extract (50 mg) equivalent to Honokiol (0.75 mg), Extract dried agnocasto (40 mg) equivalent to agnúsidus (0.2 mg), Vitamin D3 (5 mcg), Magnesium (60 mg), Calcium (141 mg).
