How to take Soothe & Relax?

It is recommended to take 3 capsules twice daily with or without food or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Precautions

5-HTP should not be taken with prescription antidepressants such as MAO inhibitors and SSRIs or with Parkinson's medications. White Willow Bark, the active ingredient in aspirin, should not be taken with anticoagulant medications or potassium-sparing diuretics. If you are pregnant or nursing, consult your healthcare professional before use.
