Gymnema (Gymnema sylvestre) Extract, Bulking Agent (Cellulose), Cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia) Extract, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus) Extract, Bulking Agent (Dicalcium Phosphate), Glazing Agent (Hypromellose, Glycerin, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Anti-caking Agent (Magnesium Stearate), Chromium Picolinate.

For 1 tablet:
Cinnamon (1000 mg) as Extract 4:1 (250 mg), Alpha Lipoic Acid (150 mg), Bilberry Extract (150 mg) providing Anthocyanosides (37.5 mg), Gymnema Extract (400 mg) providing Gymnemic Acid ( 100mg), Chromium (50mcg).
