How to take Magnesium malate and citrate powder?

If there is no different advice, it is recommended to mix 2 level measuring spoons daily with (a glass of) water, juice or sports drink, stir briefly and drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A measuring spoon is included.

Keep tightly closed, dry and cool

Acidulant (citric acid), magnesium malate, magnesium citrate, lemon aroma.
