How to take Holovit complex b methylated?

Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with meals.

Precautions

Food supplement based on B complex vitamins, inositol and choline. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of little kids. Not recommended for pregnant or lactating women, or for children and adolescents under 15 years of age.

Storage conditions

Keep the container tightly closed, in a dry and cool place (below 25 ºC).

Composition of Holovit complex b methylated

For 1 capsule:

Pantothenic acid (D-calcium pantothenate), 50 mg; choline (choline bitartrate), 30 mg; inositol, 30mg; vitamin B1 (thiamin mononitrate), 23 mg; vitamin B2 (riboflavin), 23 mg; vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5'-phosphate), 20 mg; niacin (nicotinamide), 19 mg; vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin 1%), 290 µg; biotin (D-biotin 10%), 240 µg; folate (calcium L-methylfolate), 200 µg. Technological excipient: microcrystalline cellulose (loading agent), cs and magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), cs Shell: polysaccharide of plant origin (pululan).
