Description
Holomega Stop-Dol from Equisalud is a food supplement with a high magnesium content, which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and muscles, the maintenance of bones in normal conditions, electrolyte balance, psychological function, synthesis normal protein and energy metabolism. Helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
How to take Holomega stop-dol?
It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day, one in the morning and one at night.

Composition of Holomega stop-dol
Wrapping: polysaccharide of plant origin (pullulan).
Per 1 capsule: Mitidol® (Ginger Acmella phospholipids: microcrystalline cellulose 57%, sunflower lecithins 13%, ginger extract (Zingiber officinale Roscoe) 9.6-11.8%, sucrose esters of fatty acids 10%, hydroxypropyl cellulose 5%, acmella extract (Acmella oleracea (L.) RK Jansen) 1.9-2.4%, silicon dioxide 2%, gingerols and sogaols 2.4-3.9%, spilanthol 0.3-0.6%, 0.45- 0.60% total alkylamides), 350 mg; marine magnesium oxide (55% magnesium), 250 mg.
