Holomega Anti-Stress from Equisalud is a food supplement that helps minimize the harmful effects of stress, such as the decline in the immune system and associated nervous disorders.

Properties and benefits of Holomega Antistress

Serenzo ^TM ( Citrus sinensis ): Contains a high percentage of limonene (>20%), which gives it very particular antioxidant properties that act directly against stress and its symptoms.

Marine magnesium: Of natural origin and easily absorbed. Magnesium in itself is a natural tranquilizer that maintains energy balance in neurons and acts on nerve transmission, keeping the nervous system healthy. It is usually recommended in treatments for stress and depression. In addition, it is a muscle relaxant, controls calcium absorption and acts on energy metabolism, improving the body's energy management and preventing fatigue. It also helps psychological function.

How to take Holomega Antistress?

It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day, one in the morning and one at night. If necessary, up to three capsules a day could be taken.

Precautions
