Plant-based shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

L-Cystine (300 mg), L-Methionine (100 mg), Keratin hydrolyzate (35 mg), Vitamin B5 (18 mg), Vitamin B6 (2 mg), Vitamin B9 (200 µg), Vitamin D3 (5 µg ), Biotin (450 µg), Zinc (15 mg).
